Hi folks,
we using BrowserPrint v1.3.2.489 on Windows 11 with the Zebra label printer GK420d with USB connection. The local system detects the printer correctly, driver version 5.1.17.7414 is installed. Zebra setup utilities and Zebra status monitor is all good.
Printing with BrowserPrint from a web application fails very often but not always. The local logfile shows this:
1062526 NanoHttpd Request Processor (#13) ERROR c.z.d.w.c.d.r.ResponseFactory - Creating error response for Error: Failed to write to device: Error writing to port, connection closed
1841671 NanoHttpd Request Processor (#18) ERROR c.z.d.w.c.d.c - Error writing to port, connection closed
java.io.IOException: Error writing to port, connection closed

Printing with BrowserPrint from the sample site coming with the BrowserPrint installation (using the Microsoft IIS server) is always working.
Any idea what could cause this?
Thanks and regards, Dirk
