Can we connect DS4208 / DS9208 to LS7708 as a secondary scanner? Neither DS4208 nor DS9208 supports Synapse, so they cannot be connected to LS7708? Our customer is not satisfied with DS670x and other old scanners that support Synapse, and their software is limited to only input barcodes from the port connected to LS7708.

Hi Junhua Send a mail over to David Turturro as his team was working on this in September last year and managed to get this to work but with a few caveats. I'm not aware of any plans to release a cable and firmware for this functionality and believe it would be driven by opportunity size and raising a CPR on the system. Regards Justin
