We have a large ES400 customer in EMEA who has complained that the ES400 has poor received WAN voice quality in a noisy environment compared to other consumer smartphones such as a Moto Milestone. In practice , when the users are working in a noisy computer room they typically have to move to a quieter location in order to hear the caller whereas this is not necessary with other devices.   Has anyone else heard the same comment from their customers - if so could you post the customer name , location and the number of units which they have deployed?
