Hi, I've been trying to enroll my FX9600 but without success. I tried different configuration but I keep having the following message:
Feb 13 14:52:01 FX960074520A user.info rmserver.elf: I-Cloud enrollment: Failed for device id: FX960074520A due to 400Feb 13 14:52:01 FX960074520A user.info rmserver.elf: E-Cloud enrollment: Failed to add device. Error message: "400 BAD_REQUEST \"Error adding device to IoT Core.\""
the Device appears on Zebra Dev but that's all.
Could uyou please give me some ideas where to look ?
If anyone need some more information about the configuration I'll be glad to share what I have so far.

The problem was that I needed to clear the cache in order to properly see web interface menu o Zebra IoT connector. I was trying to connect with older connection interface.
