How to get battery status via Bluetooth (ZQ320, Android)?

I'm trying to get battery status via bluetooth connection for mobile printer ZQ320.
Programming reference says me, that I should use the command "~HB" to receive battery status.
But when I send "~HB" to the printer, printer does not answer anything.
What I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?

Hi Andrey, Can you confirm

Hi Andrey, Can you confirm the responses to the following commands:

String getsettings = "! U1 getvar \"device.languages\"\r\n" +
"! U1 getvar \"power.health\"\r\n" +
"! U1 getvar \"power.percent_full\"\r\n";

This will help determine if there are any issues. It is also a more recommended method to get the battery info.

Thanks, Robin!

Thanks, Robin!
It returns something like "hybrid_xml_zpl""good""94% Full".
So, it's workable! Thanks again.
