How to implement a function to limit scanner to read/scan only stored rfid tags and list them in recyclerView?

You may wish to look into pre-filters which can define which tags should be read / ignored: https://techdocs.zebra.com/dcs/rfid/android/2-15/tutorials/prefilters/
