Hello... I got a call from a customer who currently has MC55XX's in a hospital and getting ready to purchase another 175 MC55AO's.  They are having an issue where the MC55's (old and new) are intermittently charing in their 4 slot cradles.  In a single slot cradle all the devices charge fine.  When placing the device in the 4 slot cradle it may charge in a slot, but when moved to a differnt slot it will not charge, but when putting a different MC55 in the slot that wouldn't just charge the previous unit, it charges the next.  The customer stated that sometimes if you "push down" on the unit, it will charge while it's being held down. Tried multiple 4 slot cradles with multiple old and new MC55's with the same intermittent results, can't find a single failed component.  Going on site on Monday to investigate. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks... Jesse
