I'm working with an MC9300 Android zebra scanner - I've connected the cradle to my PC and am developing a C# MAUI app. My current problem is that I cannot get USB enabled, USB is required in order to enable Developer Mode. When trying to enable Developer Mode in settings the error is:
'Developer Options are not available for this user'
I'm logged into the device as 'Owner' - so it should not be a matter of permissions. I've had this issue before, but cannot remember exactly how I got around it.... Despite what the attached image shows, the cradle is connected via USB to the workstation - any help apprciated.

This is a very common security setting for a Device that is enrolled to an EMM/MDM in an enteprise.
You may need to contact your EMM/MDM contact within your organization to see if the Profile for the MC9300 you are working with - can have the Developer Settings enabled for that specific device.
