MCD Help Desk Training Presentation

I have to give a training presentation to my customers help desk next week and I wanted to see if anyone has a presentation they would be able to share that covers our MCD products. I will be covering the ES400 and MC65 specifically, but any device training would be helpful to give me a guidline for a successful training someone has done. Thanks for the help.

Marc I recently was asked to do some training on the MC9190. I useed the outline below and worked through the content with the customers PC and device. I did not use any PPT content You wll probably need to add WAN configuration to the config overview Not much, but I hope it helps 

Configuring the MC9090/MC9190

General overview of configurable parameters
WLAN configuration

Enabling the WLAN radio

Creating a WLAN configuration

Options (802.11D-Disable)
Reg Keys

Connecting to the device using Active sync

Moving Files to the device
Installing Software
Using .reg files for configuration
.cpy and .run files
Controlling the device from the PC keyboard

Device maintenance and update

Warm Boot-- resetting its software but retains the RAM content.
Cold Boot-- resetting its software but does not retain the RAM content
Clean Boot—Resets the device to factory default but preserves the Application directory
Clean Boot and Blank—Resets device to factory defaults
Installing/Upgrading Firmware—Typically resets the device
