I have to give a training presentation to my customers help desk next week and I wanted to see if anyone has a presentation they would be able to share that covers our MCD products. I will be covering the ES400 and MC65 specifically, but any device training would be helpful to give me a guidline for a successful training someone has done. Thanks for the help.

Marc I recently was asked to do some training on the MC9190. I useed the outline below and worked through the content with the customers PC and device. I did not use any PPT content You wll probably need to add WAN configuration to the config overview Not much, but I hope it helps
