Just wanted to share an issue we ran into with the Cornerstone LTE project in the Bay area.

We recently delivered production version USBDs to the customer and they informed us that they cannot connect to the LTE network before they log into the windows computer they are connecting from. THis is an issue for them because they rely on the network to log-into the system i.e. they use windows domain authentication to log officers into the MDTs. THey say this is a hard requirement for them as this functionality is needed to meet the CJIS security requirements. 

According to the customer as well as the product group this *may* be because currently the USBDs do not support NDIS API for Windows. We have discussed this requirement with the product group and they are looking into adding this functionality as a feature in upcoming firmware releases.
