Zebra has released a new customer downloadable utility tool to test SmartCard module functionality and calibrate ZC printer offsets for SmartCard. Smart-Card Calibration and Test Utility (ZebraSCUtility) is available and the new tool can be downloaded from this link.
This  software Utility allows end-users to test the SmartCard AMK option, validate the read/write to a SmartCard and set custom card offset calibration values as needed.
Developers, Partners, and Zebra Tech Support can quickly identify If a SmartCard configured printer and application is not working correctly and how to isolate any issues.
Specifically, this Utility will help identify:

Is the Encoder AMK Kit installed Correctly? (HW Issue)
Do you have the right Encoder FW and Printer SDK software installed? (FW/SW Issue)
Can you see and read your Smart Cards, and if not Calibrate and calibrate and set the Printer SmartCard offset value? (test SmartCard Read/Write Card Issue)
