Hello,

I bought a new Zebra printer. I set my label size of 1000x1000mm. As seen in the attached video, when I want to print test labels, it outputs blank labels.

I am having similar problem in my .NET application. it outputs blank labels at each print run, leaving the last blank label stripped in half. The red led light turns on and waits incorrectly.

I think it's a basic setting error.

I'm having a problem with test printing both in the Zebra application and in the application I developed. I tried both as RAW and as a ReportDoc object. I couldn't get the printer to remove a single label that says nothing.

Although the video is 95mb, I could not upload it here. So I uploaded it to GoogleDrive link. Please use the link below.

Based on the video, it looks like either the ZD220 printer was not calibrated proper or the specified label length in the driver (100mm) does not match with the actual label length of the media installed on the printer.

First, make sure the ZD220 is calibrated for the media installed in the printer. To verify the calibration, simply press the feed button, a single label should be advanced and stopped at the beginning at the next label.

Secondly, check the green boxes in the driver's dial UI and select the "Let the printer control this option". See the following slide for reference.
