I have new Zebra ZT620 printers that are going to be taking the place of our current Zebra 170xi4 printers.
With these new printers I have installed our desired font (Arial Narrow Bold) to the printer via the Zebra font downloader tool (ARIALNB.TTF).
A couple of things to note, our current production printers (170ix4's) utilize the ARIALNB.FNT file type which is no longer supported on the ZT620s.
Printing a title such as "Wow™ Very Great Amazing Product" prints perfectly fine on our 170ix4's; however, when printed via the ZT620's with the ARIALNB.TTF font, it is printed like this (with the wrong special character presented): "Wowö Very Great Amazing Product"
If I load the ARIALNB.TTF font onto the 170ix4 I get the same result.
Does anyone have any perspective or knowledge to share on this? I have updated firmware, tried installing the font on memory and ram, etc. I have an open ticket with Zebra support as well but wanted to see if I could gain additional perspective from here.

Looks like the ™ character in your newly installed ARIALNB.TTF font is mapped differently. Please consult the source of the ARIALNB.TFF font for the proper mapping for the special characters, and then adjust the ZPL accordingly.
