Problem when deleting devices and licensing

Spanish Post is evaluating an ADSP with 2500 WLAN Mgmt licences. All their 2000+ AP5131 are adaptive and adopted by one of their 8 RFS7000 (Wing4). They need ADSP for managing all the AP5131, especially "system" parameters which cannot be modified via RFS7000. For instance, DHCP ranges, SNMP values, etcetera. We first tried to manage the 8 RFS7000 from ADSP, because we presumed that AP5131s would be detected through them. We were right, but unfortunately they were reported to be Access Ports, without IP address. Actually, audit was not possible. So we deleted them (about 1680) and the 8 RFS7000 and we decided to first directly test a few AP5131. During the testing, we went to Licence Management tab and we saw that all these 1680 AP5131 were not actually deleted and were "using" a licence. So we clicked on "Deleted Devices" to flush them. BUT only 1250 were deleted (and 1250 licences were freed). We noticed that only 1250 licences were "relocatable" (I do not quite remember the word), that's why I assume that's the reason. Well, my customer claims he has purchased 2500 licences and if he wants to start from scratch (this was the idea when deleting all the RFS and APs) he wants all the 2500 licences back. Not just 2070 (= 2500 - (1680-1250)). I tried to clean the unit using Management->Backup->Clean ALL, but this wipes away indeed everything including IP address except licences. We also tried to reinstall the .lic file, to no avail. There is no way to delete licences, there is no option like in MSP or any other known appication. How can I delete the licences so I can reinstall them again and start from scratch? Remember, we are now just evaluating, not using it.

Yes, only a set percentage of ADSP licenses are re-assignable.  You will need to have support generate a new license for your customer's eval system for all license assignments to be wiped clean.  Send an email to airdefense-demo@motorolasolutions.com with the subject line of "Eval License Request," attach the enc system key file, and specify the quantity, type, and desired expiration of licenses you require.
