Hi
The Zebra SendFileToPrinter API appears to have gone off line this morning.
We're using it in a business critical area so such outages are major issues for us.
We have tested the end point using the Zebra test site, the following error is returned:
Failed to fetch.
Possible Reasons:
- CORS
- Network Failure
- URL scheme must be "http" or "https" for CORS request.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Zebra Support - Do you monitor the service? We are using the pay per call option so it would be good to see some response on this and also a plan of action and some kind of indication that you proactively monitor the end points. We were told by Zebra that this was the best approach, however this is the second down time we've experienced in as many months....
(bear this in mind if your reading the Zebra SendFileToPrinter API and considering using this service in a business critical area).

Hi Neil, We unfortunately have to meet here again... API indeed seems to be down AGAIN (about 1,5 months ago as well https://developer.zebra.com/content/sendfiletoprinter-api-down-uk). Really gets me to question the reliabilty of the Zebra services.
We experience the same problem no shipping ??. Not sure where to call either, are there any status pages on this service ?
There was a hiccup this morning. The issue has been resolved and the service has been restored.
This and other hiccup's cause major production issues, costing our customers a lot of man hours and inconvenience. Are you able to confirm what happened? What remedial action was taken and what is going to be done to prevent future recurrence?
