Hi
We recently went live with a large warehouse operation that relies upon our system to produce labels in real time. To achieve this we use the Zebra SendFileToPrinter API service, we are using the pay per call version.
Since go live we've experienced a number of instances where the Zebra API is down, times out or simply does not work. This causes major operational issues.
For clarity, the SendFileToPrinter service is now down/not working.
Does anyone have the same experience?
How do we contact Zebra when the service does not work?
For reference, we have coded our system to only send 1 request every 500ms so that we do not exceed the 5 calls per second limit.
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Neil

Having the same issue here... API indeed seems to be down. Unable to find any sort of status page for the API, only an old/outdated one it seems: https://zebra.github.io/
Thanks for replying, have you used the API service for long? I'm wondering how reliable / viable it is for a production scenario.
No, also started using it in production 3 weeks ago, but now indeed wondering the same thing. Perhaps it's just bad timing that it now happens only after 3 weeks, and that it never/rarely happens usually, but hopefully someone else with longer experience can reply to that question.
Hi All,
Thanks for reporting this issue - I have raised it with the relevant team who will provide a more detailed update ASAP.
Thanks,
James
