I have Zebra Designer 3 and want to generate a simple Code 128 or Code 39, scannable label. I need the barcode number to increment after each print, is this possible in Zebr Designer 3?

Yes, the ZebraDesigner 3 allows you to design a barcode with variable data. In the dropdown for the data source, you can select the "Counter" option, which allows you to specify for initial value, increment or decrement, etc.
