It is not possible to add credit. I get an error after entering my credit card information.
Error:: Unable to redirect to Worldpay payment gateway

We're aware of this issue & are currently working w/ Worldpay to get things working again. In the mean time, if you reach out to us at developer@zebra.com I can put you in touch with the team so we can add credit via a temporary workaround.
