Hi,
We're aware of this issue & are currently working w/ Worldpay to get things working again. In the mean time, if you reach out to us at developer@zebra.com I can put you in touch with the team so we can add credit via a temporary workaround.
We hope to have this fixed soon, sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks,
James
I understand your concern about the recurring billing issue you're experiencing. The error message you mentioned, "Error:: Unable to redirect to Worldpay payment gateway," indicates a problem with the redirection to the payment gateway service. This error could be caused by various factors, such as technical issues with the payment gateway itself, connectivity problems, or incorrect configuration settings.
To resolve this issue, I would suggest the following steps:
Double-check your credit card information: Make sure you have entered all the credit card details correctly, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Even a minor mistake in any of these fields can result in an error.
Contact the customer support team: Reach out to the support team of the service or platform you are trying to make a payment on. They will have access to specific information about the error and can assist you in troubleshooting the issue. Provide them with the exact error message you received for a more efficient resolution.
Try an alternative payment method: If possible, consider using a different payment method, such as PayPal or another credit card, to see if the issue persists. This will help identify whether the problem lies with your specific credit card or the payment gateway itself.
Clear browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, accumulated cache and cookies in your web browser can interfere with the payment process. Clearing these can help resolve any temporary conflicts.
Wait and try again later: Occasionally, temporary technical glitches can occur with payment gateways. If none of the above steps work, it might be worth waiting for a while and then attempting the payment again at a later time.
Remember, it's essential to provide detailed information to the customer support team so they can assist you more effectively. They will have access to specific system logs and can identify any underlying issues causing the error.
