A customer has encountered some issues with ActiveSync before, so he wants to find a way to connect PC to our CE mobile computers via USB with an application other than ActiveSync. Those mobile computers run in batch mode. Any suggestion is appreciated!

Our newer CE devices provide the ability to set USB to Mass Storage mode, so when you plug in to the PC, the device looks like a USB stick. So a batch app could put files in a folder on the device, and when the device connects to a PC, an app (or .bat file) on the PC could go and get the files. Not sure which of our devices support this, but I know the MC9190 CE does.
