Hi All,
Does anyone else out there use Weblink with Websockets as described in the the following documents? if so which printers have you used successfully with it?
https://techdocs.zebra.com/link-os/2-14/webservices/content/Weblink%20WebSocket%20Endpoint%20Configuration.pdf ( i think this is the same as above)

Many thanks,
Kevin

All Zebra Link-OS printers support Weblink/WebSocket. Only a few legacy printer models and Link-OS Basic printers do not support Weblink/WebSocket, such as, the ZD220, ZD230, ZT111, etc.
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, the printers support it but who has actually done it? Has anyone actually created their own self hosted websocket endpoint and connected a printer to it? and if so which printer did they use?
Yes, we have customers build their own servers and connect Zebra printers over the Weblink/WebSocket successfully, though we cannot name them here. To get started, you can use the Link-OS® Multiplatform SDK for Webservice to build your own Tomcat 7/8 based webserver and connect with any Zebra Link-OS printers straight forward. The SDK package has all the information and documentations on how to get started.
