Hello all,
we work with zebra tc75 with android 6 and 7 more or less 800 devices.
All these devices call some url in http not secure in fact.
After an audit, we need to pass all these url in https.
Now, i need to call these url in https by the device.
we need to install the certificate in the device.
For to do this, i have take the certificate inside the server and i try to install on the zebra device.
Go to setting / security / install from storage
i have place the certificate (*.cert) into the sdcard and when i select it i receive a message -> name is installed
But after these operation, when i open setting / trusted credentials / user
the list is empty ... -> see picture attach on this question
why ?
Someone has an idea ?
Also if i call the url in https i receive an trusted failure exception ...
Is it possible to find some any help about how i can install a certificate ...
thanks for your help because i'm enough lost

Hello
any help would be appreciate ?
anyone has some experience about how to connect to some url in https ?
thanks in advance
Are you using some form of EMM to manage all of those devices? I would be shocked to hear your individually configuring 800 devices manually. Tools like SOTI or AirWatch can install certificates on the devices for you.
