We're having some issues printing over WiFi from our scan devices to our Zebra printer. We are using the following configuration: Scan device: Zebra TC21 Printer: ZEBRA ZD421D with a Wi-Fi card installed OS: Android 10 Application that is trying to print is running in Chrome version 119.0 We can't see the printer in the list of available printers. We can see it on Mac and Windows devices but not on our scan devices. Any ideas on what we're missing?

Are you using the Browser Print SDK on Android and try to discover the printer over Wi-Fi? Can you try if you can find the printer through the demo webapp - https://cagdemo.com/ from your Android device?

Make sure that the Wi-Fi network doesn't block the multicast packets, as the Browser Print SDK utilize the multicast to discover the printer on the network.
