Can we get zone data from ATR7000 series, using LLRP connect.
If yes, how to enable it, cause the ReadEventData.TagData.TagZoneInfo is null in tag read event by default,
I am able to get the antenna id and tagID but not the zone details.

I think there is more involved to turn that functionality on - but there is no Simple/Easy demo for this (Like PowerSession or 123RFID Desktop).
The ZoneID Details is in this document and there are only 3 references to it (if you search for "zoneid" in the PDF:

I also do not know off the top of my Head if the "Antenna Beam Configuration" as described on PP39 on this Integrators Guide:

Uses the Antenna types / "naming" convention used there for the ZoneID "Zones"
Sorry if there is not enough detail for this here - I am aware this capability exists - I have not seen it used in a Demo App that connects to the ATR7000 Standalone.

If using ZIOTC on ATR7000 - then this web-console menu - may allow you to configure these "Zones" for a given ATR7000 as follows:

Please let me know if this helps. I am unsure if configuring this on the reader Web Interface for ZIOTC if you choose - I am uncertain if that extends to the LLRP connection / session TagData details.
