How to write the offset value -3 mm in the command parameter?

Thanks James for your answer, I would predict that the TA parameter is not in mm but in dots - but at the end of the day it occurred that the change of the rest position was not needed and the solution of the problem (the labels were rolling on the roller) was just cleaning of the rolls in the label path.
