I recently downloaded the ZebraDesigner for Developers tool, and when I opened it, I could see my ZQ220 printer (connected to my PC via USB), then I started designing my label, and when I went to test it, there was an error saying that not found information of my printer (something like that) and when I went to the "Document Properties" option, my printer was not appear. I try to reopen the designer, unplug and plug my printer, restart my printer and restart my PC and there is no way to get my printer available again. NOTE: I can see my printer in the Windows printer list... but the Zebra Designer can't see it anymore... can you help me with this please?
Greetings!

Try reinstall the ZebraDesigner for Developers and reinstall the driver for the ZQ220 to see if the problem goes away.
Hi SSi1, that was the first thing i try... Uninstall and reinstall the Designer, then the Printer drivers and no matter what i do, there is no way for my printer to be displayed on the available printers list.
Courious thing... i install the "Zebra designer 3" and it can show my printer!!... i think is something particulary of the "Developers" edition... but, when i opened it for the first time, my printer was shown... :(
Just realized that the ZQ220 model is not a Link-OS mode. The ZebraDesigner for Developers application connects to the printers through the ZebraDesigner Windows Driver v8.x, which supports the Link-OS printers only. Therefore, you cannot use the ZebraDesigner for Developers with the ZQ220 printers. In addition, ZQ220 doesn't support ZPL, while the ZebraDesigner for Developers doesn't support non-ZPL format language. That's the reason why the ZQ220 is not showing up in the ZebraDesigner for Developers.
So bad... thanks SSi1...
