ZXP Series 7 error 5002 seems to be the a big issues but trying to find a solution to why it's happening is a struggle. We have just installed our first Series 7 card printer, got it on the network and can view the GUI. The issue is the ribbons that are OEM will not be recognised in the machine. I keep getting the dreaded 5002 error. What is the solution for this apart from get more ribbons, They can't all be faulty. I have downloaded the latest driver and firmware installed without any issues FZ7MG.03.08.00. We have many 410 & 411 printers but this one seems to be a real issue.
