Is there any file size or any other restriction while printing PDF files through PDF Direct?
Actually I have printed few PDF files through PDF Direct in the ZD620d printer, some of them not printed, it prints as blank.
Please share your thoughts and suggestions to resolve this issue.

There is no specific PDF file size limit for PDF Direct print. In order for printing out the PDF properly, please make sure the PDF size is within the size of the label or matches with the label. Otherwise, we may see a blank print, because the PDF is either off the center or the edge margin is too big.
