I have the same problem on many MC33 (this is on three different devices at now)
After the restart of the device, the scanner doesn’t work on my program and on DWDemo
I look the configuration of DataWedge: it is active
I kill the application, restart the device but the scanner still doesn't work
And after many manipulation and reboot, it's finally rework
I don’t know the source of the problem
For the detail: It's a MC33
DataZedge version: 7.3.21 / scanning frame: 22.0.6.1
Qndroid: 8.1.0
Build: 02-13-15.00-ON-U15-STD
Do someone have this problem?

Hi, what are the steps to reproduce the issue? You say it happens after you restart the device but are there any other factors?

The first case: One of my application crash and make automatically restart the device, after that the barcode reader doesn't work.
The second case: I try to upgrade the security version of Android with StageNow, but its fail and after the restart, the barcode reader doesn't work.

Strange, possibly the DataWedge configuration got corrupted somehow. In future, try to restore the default configuration using the 'restore to default' feature, https://techdocs.zebra.com/datawedge/8-2/guide/settings/#restoredefaults.

Unfortunately, I don't know. I have many client user with MC33 and this thing append only for one of then.
The new case append yesterday, I'll try to :
- reboot the device, that doesn't change and the imager doesn't start.
- restart DataWedge configuration, still doesn't work
- reboot the device to factory stetting, and that don't change.

I add a copy of datawedge's configuration used on the device.
