Hello all,
We've been having a dickens of a time trying to figure out why the GK420d won't print the full text of a label that Z4M Plus seems to.
It doesn't seem to care about printer configurations (stock size, etc) or ZPL commands (label length, text box size, etc).
Is there anyone that could point us in the right direction as to what to even research?

Do you mean the label printed in GK420d.jpg is missing a few lines after the "Line 28", i.e. a few lines shorter than that in Z4M.jpg? Are you using the exact same ZPL to print in both printers? It looks like the GK420d printer has not been calibrated for the media it uses. I would suggest to calibrate the GK420d printer to see if that helps.
