Looks like you are using

Looks like you are using Visual Studio. You can use the Manage NuGet Packages to download Link-OS SDK package, so that you can bypass the need to download the SDK separately on your computer. Hope this helps.

If you are developing app for

If you are developing app for Android and iOS through the Xamarin in Visual Studio, then the LInkOs_Xamarin_SDK is the right SDK. If you are using Visual Studio to develop .NET apps for Windows PC, then you would look for Zebra.Printer.SDK package instead.

You are creating a Visual

You are creating a Visual Basic project. Please be aware that Zebra.Printer.SDK package is for C# development. It's not suitable for VB. I think that's you cannot import Zebra.Printer.SDK in a VB project.

What's type of the project

What's type of the project you try to install the ZebraPrinter.SDK.2.15.2634 for? It looks like there are some specific settings in your project that prevents the ZebraPrinter.SDK.2.15.2634 from being installed. The ZebraPrinter.SDK.2.15.2634 was not exported for anything related to MSBuild. Why don't you try to create a fresh new .NET project with all defaults from Visual Studio, and then import the ZebraPrinter.SDK.2.15.2634 from NuGet to see if the problem persists?
