We just installed the latest version of MPACT server(version 14D). On our first log into atls server we got through as expected, the next hour we properly shutdown our VMware and restarted the computer. when we restarted our VMware and re log in we get this error message. see image below(Login and error message on left side, VMware status on the right side indicating it is running)

password: motorola

since this is a new install, I re installed and it worked.
With 14D build, the server is not registered as a service. Hence, it might not have started along with VM.
You should be able to start using /usr/nuxi/scripts/bin/nxstats start
