Currently GMM 5.0 does not support Application White-listing out of the box - we only support black-listing of applications. Application White listing is the concept where you specify which applications are allowed to run on the device and except for those applications - all other applications are prevented from running on the system. Eugene has created a toolkit, based on signing of applications in Windows Mobile, where you can restrict the applications that are run on the system to those that are signed by a specific publisher (e.g. Microsoft, yourself etc.). and preventing others from running on the device. This is a CAB file that can be deployed from Third party software deployment in GMC. Hope this helps
