I have a client who has deployed MC9090S. They are runnibg Idockit, for use with 4 slot ethernet cradle, Syclo and Maximo applications and MSPA. Devices , when returned from service depot, it has to undergo OSUPDATE to BSP43. Client has noticed that while updating to BSP43, devices freeze and are unusable. Client also reports "close insert battery" message during OSUPDATE. This is specific to devices returned from Service depot. When client performs OSUPDATE on deployed devices, no issues are encountered. Any help would be GREAT.
