Wearables requiring cold boot

All, I'm sure someone has probably seen this already and I've missed it, but I need some help with a WT4090 issue. My customer has 17 of these but currently only has requirement for about 10 to be in use per day whilst they are still trialling. This means that units can sometimes be left for 3+ days without being used. In that time the terminal's battery can drain down, so they change the battery but then the unit won't switch on with the power button, they have to do a cold boot in order to get it working. I believe they are on the latest firmware version, has anyone else seen this? Cheers, IJ

Ian, We also have strange problems with Wearables at Corporate Express. We don't need to cold boot the device but we loose connection (Telnet), Fusion driver seems to shut down, sometimes in the middle of the operation, or when taking out the device out of the cradle. Maybe there is a relation??? Charles
