Hi All,Please see the attached August 2008 EWL TAVT presentation and recordings (and also please information update below from the PBN team including contact information). The team covered the products, markets, and typical applications for Motorola PBN products. We will cover five products across three product families.
T2 Product Family
Optimized VDSL system designed for hospitality, and other MDU markets. The Motorola advantage is a patent-pending Adaptive Line Power which supplies operating power over a single pair of telephone wires, transparent to analog telephone. Additional network and management optimizations make the T2 family ideal for delivering multiple high speed services. A unique, and patent-pending, installation lowers installation time and eliminates common maintenance visits.
XLP Product Family
Also uses an optimized VDSL transceiver and is designed for various enterprise network applications. The Motorola advantage is managed, safe, and effective power over telephone wires. Why is it different than T2? XLP delivers power for remote PoE devices. The XLP-6802 can be installed 3,000m away over telephone wires, and power 2 x 802.3af devices at 15.4W each. The XLP-701 is designed for single wire pair applications and will be used to power VoIP phones in hotels over a single pair of ordinary telephone wires, up to 600m.
XLT Product Family
Alas, XLT does not include line power. But, it is ideally suited as a flexible network extension where line power is not required. Connect the XLT to telephone wires; and extend Ethernet networks up to 3000m. XLTs are available in 3 port densities; 1, 2, and 4. These can be mixed together to form long daisy chains (for traffic light applications), or as a point-to-multipoint star topology.

The reps should copy the wmv file...
T2 wall plate install - use with ppt.wmv
... to the same folder in which the .ppt file resides.
This will allow them to run the video link embedded within slide 7.
