Hello team. Looking to hear form anyone who has successfully installed a DS3408 scanner into Com1 of the VRC8946. We have a customer who has tried multiple DS3408s and swapped out cables with no luck. The scanner will not power on. As per Solution Builder the cable they are using is CBA-T25-C09ZAR This is different to the T13 cable you need for the LS3408. Marco
