GUI Tilda Error

Team, Has anyone see the attached tilda ~ "error" as per the screen shot. (It's under the Login prompt) I made sure the JAVA and cashe files were cleared and it still came up. Any idea what might cause this? You'll also notice the firmware comes up twice as well. PS. (This WS went from 2.1 to 3.2)

Hi Harry, I've seen Asterisk and that is not a good thing to see from the CLI (indicates something crashed).  Do you see a Tilda in the CLI as well?  My guess is there was a problem during the upgrade process.  Have you tried resetting back to factory default and rebuild customer's config?
