Has anyone successfully used a 4-slot Ethernet cradle to utilize “On Demand staging for a WM 5.0 device? The set-up: MC9090 with iDocket installed and IP address acquired. The cradle is configured with a static IP address, as well as the 4 ports; and NAT is turned off. If I ping one of the devices, I witness a response from that particular IP address, so I know IP traffic is coming out; but when I activate RD electronic staging, I see nothing being broadcast from the device. I think this would be in the form of a UDP broadcast. So even not taking into account that this is on a non-routed network; I don’t even see the device trying to reach out to the server.
