Hi, One of the partner is developing application on MC1000 and trying to scan the GS1-128 barcode but not getting through. Does MC1000 supports this symbology?

Thanks Bruno, My main concern is ahead. Partner has to trunk the unwanted data while inserting the decoded data into fields. But the concern is the data fields may vary in barcode.eg. the batch number could be either 4 didgit or sometimes more than that follwed by mfg.date. GS1 suggested them to make use of FNC1. what is it exactly? Do we have the fucnction in our SDK?does anyone has any idea about it?
see here: http://www.barcodeisland.com/uccean128.phtml the application identifiers are listed here as well, some of them have fixed length, some of them have variable length delimited with a FNC1 character; sw-developer has to run through the barcode and extract the fields from the code and put it to your destination-fields as required
GS1-128 is just a new name for EAN-UCC 128 and is supported by all products. You may have to enable it explicitly under the code 128 options.
