I have a customer who is starting at the nasty end of the spectrum. They are blocking ALL traffic in their test network and adding exceptions as needed. So for MSP Remote Control, that's 8080 and 7777. They have enabled both TCP and UDP on these ports... yet Remote Control will not connect! If they go in and open up their firewall completely, no problems. SO the question has come back to me, is there another port that is used (and/or can we use an existing port)? Or are they misconfiguring their firewall somewhere? Thanks for any feedback! -JP
