I'm attaching the supplier quality improvement initiatives update recently reviewed at the May core CA customer quality team meeting.  Of particular interest were the discussions involving the AFM (advanced failure mode) plan in the Launch Readiness Review process.  In the next monthly meeting Andrew Biondo will present further on this activity with the possibility to schedule this topic for one of the Friday TA manager's meetings.
