5) 1883269 A partner is saying that if they use the RIL_GETCURRENTOPERATOR API call on the MC5574 that it will fail. If they run the same code on an MC75 it works properly. Is their any reason or something to look for as to why this issue is occurring? Thanks, Tony

FYI customer found its own solution to overcome this see SPR17188 as well

Reason is that Siemens MC75 R4 module inside MC5574 has additional functionality AT^SNWS command implemented which is controlled with this Regkey.
This enforces a multiple band scan in order t o find all available networks. The scanning procedure may take a few seconds depending on the amount of visible networks. During this time the serving cell will be lost because of band changing. After the scan the ME reverts to the previously used network.
By setting regkey values to 0 this function will be disabled
Is the command implemented on the MC55 and should it properly return a value, or is failure of the command to return a proper value expect?
