Jon, You may be able to put this together using the Cradlepoint USB to Ethernet adaptor detailed at http://www.cradlepoint.com/category-lists/janam. This would connect to the MC75 USB cable via a USB A female/female adaptor and may work without an external PSU. Drivers should load automatically provided the MC75 is switched to USB host mode . I have tested Mocha Ftp Server on WM 6.1: it works quite well and it's free (I received a confirmation email from the MochaSoft support team). You can find attached the Mochasoft Ftp Server cab, and another cab that installs the "freeware license" (there are just a couple of registry keys to be configured).HTHAntonio
Hi all... I have a potential case where the 75 could be put in the field as an FTP server to upgrade firmware: this case assumes a direct cable connection between the 75 and the device being flashed. Other than the inVision cradle, which is a bit clunkly for this application, has anyone come across an inline ethernet cable for the 75? If we had a way to plug the device straight into the Ethernet port of the target device, that would be more perfect than words! Cheers, -JP

Or Mocha. I have tested on WM5, but not on 6. http://www.mochasoft.dk/freeware/ftpd.htm

you can try with this: http://www.cam.com/vxftpsrv.html
You could also try the freeware ftpsvr utility from http://www.oohito.com/wince/arm_j.htm although it does not support user authentication. Best Regards, Ian Hatton EMb EMEA
