There has been an issue reported where the MSP OnDemand staging dll gives an error when running on some instances of Windows Server 2003 SP2 using IE 6.x or 7.x. After further testing, it was found that installing .NET 2.0 Service Pack 2 resolves the issue. So if you encounter this issue, make sure you have the latest .NET 2.0 SP2 installed.
