Hello oldtimers, Customer application worked fine on CE4.1 but after upgrading to 4.2 it crashes. They nailed the problem to some dialog controls and they believe that their issue is described in the following MS arcticle

So the questions are- was there any CE4.2 update for 8846 incorporating the above patch- if not - is it possible to downgrade to CE4.1? Any tricks on this if any?Thanks,Valery

Valery, I think your best option (assuming you have tried the last 4.2 version posted ) is to downgrade to 4.1. I don't recall any issues in downgrading from 4.2 to 4.1 - you should be able to do it via an OSUpdate package. Best Regards, Ian Hatton Emb EMEA
