They said that RDP in DCP 1.2 can open Microsoft Office Access application however using dcp 1.6 or 1.7 or even the latest 1.8 the unit can not open Microsoft Office Access and they have arror message that 640x480 resolution is needed . We have made test here with dcp1.2 and get same issue however it works with mc3090 WM6, so looks to be something related to the RDP client. Is there anything we can do to increase the resolution on remote screen as some applications requires 640x480 as a minimum screen resolution? Is this pure MS issue or can we do anything to resolve it? Thanks, Petr
