Try setting that on 1130 -maybe thresholds can be increased if there is only one device: interface Dot11Radio0 speed basic-1.0 basic-2.0 basic-5.5 6.0 9.0 11.0 12.0 18.0 24.0 36.0 48.0 54.0 no power client local fragment-threshold 256 rts threshold 128 no dot11 qos mode no dot11 extension aironet world-mode dot11d country ES indoor

Multicast must be enabled on infrastructure

Once you have the Multicast enabled, we recommend the follow settings for best Walkie Talkie performance: Make sure DTIM value is set to 2 (This should be the default on Cisco gear) Set 1 and 2 Mbps as required data rates - set the other data rates as supported
