We have a partner Portable Technology Solutions (PTS) which has a comprehensive, easy to use tool to build applications for most MCD products. They have built an "applications store", that with 2 clicks, you have a demo application ready to download into a terminal using their product TracerPlus or a basis to cutomize quickly. They are very interested in working with the TA community to provide "Starter Kits" to demonstrate the usefulness of their product. Check out www.tracerplus.com select "Solutions" taband www.ptshome.com for more info.
Hi, The VC6096 samples are provided as part of the EMDK for C and EMDK for .NET. Once you have installed the EMDK for C v2.1 or later or EMDK for .NET v2.1 or later, you can access the samples at For C: C:\Program Files\Motorola EMDK for C\v2.1\Samples\C\Standard\VBusSample For .NET: C:\Program Files\Motorola EMDK for .NET\v2.1\Windows CE\Samples VS200\C#\CS_VBusSample1 To enable the internal simulator HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Motorola/Services/VBus/Simulator and set the EnableSimulator to 1 and Warm boot the device. That will start the Simulator on your device.Hope this helps,Suraj
Please note the samples distributed with EMDK are just sample applications, not demo apps. The EMDK samples are provided for educating developers how to use the EMDK APIs for developing applications. We do not recommned using EMDK samples either as demo apps or in the production environment.
