Customer is evaluating the new DS9808 to replace Datalogic scanners on an IBM POS (port 9B). The same customer used to use the M2000 (standard default settings apart from the host type) on the same IBM pos. As well as having difficulty scanning a particular barcode, it is behaving different on the IBM pos than the Datalogic and the M2000. All other codes scan OK, but their customer loyalty cards are the issue.The barcodes are EAN13, and all start with '05' eg "0500000000067". Given the standard default settings, has something changed that would now treat these barcodes different?
