Folks, My customer uses LS2208 but they would like to disable check digit on LS2208 when reading symbology EAN-8. Anyone has ever experienced this before ? Your respond is highly appreciated. Regards, Didi

Didi Disabling the check digit control on EAN-8 is not a standard feature (and should not be so. This would compromise code security). On the other hand, if you are talking about reading correct codes, but not transmitting the check digit, an ADF rule could easily take care of your problem! Let me know if this is the case, and you need assistance with the rule setup. Brgds //Benny
